| Other than I want lazers and awesome to be combined, I have only a few ideas.
The Dystopia aspect will be somewhat like the HL2 universe:
-Oppressed civilians
-"Administrative" district for each city
And the Cyberpunk will have elements of whatevercomesintomyhead:
-"High Watch" in the cities
-Lazers
-Computers
-Awesome
